i hate my director lowkey

I’m a server with small hands and my boss yells at me that I can’t triple fist plates full of food.

Really love my job and what I do, working for a huge company in Texas but my mangers and some coworkers have really been an issue as I try to move up. Wanting to prove myself yet I kept getting pulled

Just one question: why are all HR departments useless? You’re supposed to be FOR the people yet you do nothing. What’s. The. Point.

My boss says “circle back” so often I’m starting to feel like a NASCAR driver. If I loop around one more time, I might actually need a pit crew.

My coworker schedules meetings at 4:59 PM like he thrives on chaos. I’m convinced he charges his soul by watching us pack up and then sit back down.

I work hard, but I’m pretty sure I could turn into a houseplant and no one would notice as long as the reports get done. I watered myself twice to test the theory, and shockingly, nothing changed.
