I HATE WORKING 13 HOURS A DAY AND HAVING NO LIFEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE AND GETTING HOME AND BEING TIRED AND FOR WHAT? FOR TERRIBLE PAY??????
Luminate: out of touch middle management obsessed with going out partying with 20-something employees, fostering a petty, cliquey culture. Constant turnover to protect bosses who don't do anything!
Corporate drones everywhere, no one has any personality.
Today is my six year anniversary and I haven't been promoted or received a raise since 2022.
I don't like working in open plan office, too many noises, no personal space, everyone constantly wanting to make small talk, I can often catch myself turning into Man-soo 😭
I work at an amazon warehouse. A lot of people can be very pushy and very rude. But also, it can be the best shitty job anyone can have. I say the best bc the pay an you can take a bunch of time off
My work is tedious data entry and endless emails.
I've been working at the same job for 10 years, and I'm so tired of it. I need to find something new ASAP.
Burnt out by AI forced in the workplace, all for a robot that will probably replace me and be mediocre at best
Being a one person department, working in the events industry, with the expectation to always be ā€œon,ā€ work nights/weekends and to deliver on made-up KPIs as the world burns.
I would like to complain about the fact that I do not have a job. If NEON would be so kind as to hire me I wouldn’t have to ā€œeliminateā€ the opposition at the next job I apply to!
there is no point for return to office initiatives. most jobs can be handled remotely. it’s cheaper to keep jobs remote, and if anything any commute stipend could just be added to our salaries.
