The bosses at my job care more about keeping their lavish lifestyles, than spending money to give their employees raises or put any money into improving the business.

I never get any explanations that would help me understand decisions my boss makes, so although my boss is open to feedback, it always feels like I'm not being heard and I don't know why.

airing out g.e. brown. especially my ex coworker. she was the same level as me. a barista. but acted as if she was my superior. constantly made weird remarks and thought i was lazy when truly she was
