Unclear roles and responsibilities, anybody can be scapegoated at any moment, people running on base instincts, and a total lack of social cohesion.

Management is horrible with requests, or other employees switching shifts, and will have eachother backs instead of keeping the employees cared for.

Supervisor is so miserable and depressed about her overall life choices, which makes me so anxious about everything. I can't stand her, I hate her so so so badly.
