My boss sucks. He thinks he's the boss of the universe!!!

A company who decided to, for some reason, to become AI first & shoving it down our throats doesn’t understand that customer already hate the chatbot they have to speak to and want to speak to a HUMAN

So many old heads are conditioned to preserve the hustle mentality and have no sense of work life balance. This is America.

The majority of my team was suddenly laid off right before the holidays meanwhile the head received a giant promotion without telling others and got upset when people found out! Good riddance

There's a woman from an older generation at work who only ever comments on how many vacations they take and how well traveled she is. I can't afford to do anything like it and it pisses me off.

I wish my bosses were all on the same page when it came to workplace procedures. Every dept handles procedures differently, which is bad enough, now even my immediate supervisors give us wrong info.
