I work for a big theme park, we're underpaid, we never get to 40 hours even though we're full time. Our managers treat us like we're dumb and constantly treat us like children. I don't feel valued.
I’m just burnt out. I’ve been working the same job for three years, and it was fun when I was in college, but now that I’m graduated with a degree I feel like I’m making a joke of myself.

My boss is obsessed with AI and canNOT make a business decision without consulting AI. When I do anything, she always asks "did you run this through ChatGPT to make it better?"
I wish my boss fell down the stairs.
Work at Meow Wolf, it's bad enough that they keep their giant art installations short staffed but they're even planning on laying off 90% of security across all exhibits just to save profits
I get little hours and get told I do my job incorrectly
place is absolute chaos run on the whims and fancies of one man.
He in my butt!!!
I hate how any time a software goes wrong, they try to pin it onto me to fix it. Basic troubleshooting shouldn't be an issue for Gen Z people, yet here we are.
For the love of god, fix the goddamn radios in drive thru! Thank you!
I am way underpaid for the amount of hand holding and requests I have to put up with.
My boss is a moron, and the team spends most of their energy making him feel smart so we can keep our jobs.
