I absolutely hate my job. The playing in my face with my hours, my money, my standing. It makes me feel irrelevant in this place and I’m beginning to hate my boss

I love my students and being a teacher but it’s so much demanding, constant work with not enough pay for what we do. It doesn’t help when groups of teachers themselves form toxic cliques!
