i hate that my boss asks me to do shit he can literally do himself. i watched him watch heated rivalry as he asked me to overview our BUDGET. I HAVE NO BACKGROUND IN FINANCE.
Higher ups do everything in their power to underpay and overwork their employees. Forcing 48 or even 56 hour work weeks for pay that isn’t worth the value of our labor. Wish I could pull a Yoo Man-su.

no career growth!! no salary increase - you gotta market yourself to the executives and literally BEG just to get one!! even then, the increase is minimal!!!!!!

I believe there are people who don’t a have clue about what they are hired for. Climb the ranks to be a top echelon lead or ceo just to be an astounding idiot and sound more incompetent as they age.
