Our workplace treats us like expendable items. They don’t offer us any way to grow, being skilled workers, and they take advantage of their market to pay us a miserable minimum wage.

You can bring up a grievance or issue with my GM and he will flip it on you and make whatever it is seem like it is your fault.

The CEO of my company is paid 3x what I’m getting yet he doesnt even know how basic computer systems work and expects us to work for cheaper to make our clients happy instead.

I have studied mediadesign, got a BA (in germany) & thought I would get e decent job. Instead I work for minimum wage right now, because the company is not 'financially stable enough' to provide more.
