no career growth!! no salary increase - you gotta market yourself to the executives and literally BEG just to get one!! even then, the increase is minimal!!!!!!

I hate my coworkers.
I believe there are people who don’t a have clue about what they are hired for. Climb the ranks to be a top echelon lead or ceo just to be an astounding idiot and sound more incompetent as they age.

projects are overwhelming, unorganized, not prioritized, reinvented over and over, and then workers are pressured for not managing to keep up with unrealistic targets that they were never consulted on
There is no leadership or will to take responsability to make a decision. They take teamwork way to far, enough to leave no room for accountability.

My boss forced us to participate in daily group meditation even when we stated that weren't interested.
One of the most toxic, petty, and underpaid places to work is any museum. But especially the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City. That place sucks.
