I’m seen as someone “without potential” and who “doesn’t go above and beyond” because I don’t check my work emails/phone in the evening and weekends. No corporate ladder for me I guess!

OVERWORKED. But like when you call that out suddenly you “seem unhappy” to the executives. Well, last I checked being happy to be at work wasn’t a job requirement.
