My job is at a call center, except i do live chats, we arent allowed to freely use the web while there is downtime between chats, were told to multitask two chats at once max at work, but cant do that

I’m an order picker at a grocery store. The company constantly cuts the picking time to pay us less. I earn so little that even for a college student it’s only enough to get groceries at that store
