I get less pay in my company. I hope I get a promotion but it's very difficult to imagine.
I don't work there anymore but I worked there for three years, had one of my two other immediate coworkers laid off, increasing my workload, and didn't get a raise.
I hate my work, the stakeholders are a joke, I will never get promoted as my bosses just wants to chill and don't want us to own any projects
